Sand washing truck
Sand washing truck is oilfield special flushing device. Oil, water and sand mixture after being processed, two stage cyclone desander can discharge 99% sand at specified location, oil/water separation system will recycle more than 80% crude oil. At the same time triplex plunger pump can realize the water cycle flushing. The device can be used to recycle crude oil in various mixtures with high effectiveness, reduce the operation use water greatly, and realize energy-saving and environmental protection.
Realize water, oil and sand separation, water can be recycled, saving a lot of water resources, the recycled crude oil can create economic benefits.
The self-priming pump system adopts hydraulic control, simple operation, safe and reliable.
Float oil tank is equipped with oil-field tubular heater (220V/5000W external power supply), which benefits oil discharge and prevents the solidification of crude oil during low-temperature operation.
Equipped with level gauge, easy to achieve the equilibrium of flow rate and oil recovery.
