Precautions：

1、 The level of sample shall be flush with the filling mark in the test cup.

2、 During operation, be careful not to let detection electrode on the test cup drop off.

3、 During replacing the sample, the test cup shall be cleaned and dried and the stirrer and inductive probe are also be cleaned.

4、 When ambient temperature is above the expected flash point of sample, fill the sample into the test cup and place the test cup into the cooling water for cooling down. When sample temperature is 20℃ below the expected flash point, place the sample into the apparatus for the test.

5、 After the test is finished, be sure to close the master valve of air source to avoid the air leakage.
