100% Polyester Lint-free Wipers | Cleanroom Wipes
Polyester knitted fabric provides strength and extraordinary cleanliness. Cleanroom wipers from this material are made with sealed-edges by laser or ultrasonic to prevent loose ends and linting. All wipes are laundered with 18 MΩ pure water to enusure low-level contamination. With certified ISO 4 cleanliness-controlled facilities, Chenigen are qualified to manufacture polyester cleanroom wipers up to Class 10.
Features:
Knitted low-elasticity continuous filaments of 100% polyester (stripe grain or grid grain).
Stripe grain wipes are suitable for sensitive surface production.
Grid grain wipes are suitable for wiping stubborn stains
Good absorbency and high efficiency
Work well with IPA, acetone and other solvents
Laser/ultrasonic sealed edges ensure an ultra-low level of lint.
High absorptive capacity and rapid absorption rate
Production process:
Laser/ultrasonic sealed edges ensure lint-free.
Laundered with 18 MΩ pure water.
Packaged in class 10/1000 (ISO4/6) cleanrooms.
Professional static clean technology ensures the lowest containing of particles.
Pre-cautions:
Double chamber vacuum packaging. The outer chamber should be taken away before a pack of cleanroom wipes is brought in workshops.
Wrap the edges to the upper middle of wipes before wiping because the edges may damage the product surface to be wiped.
Do not cut any wipe by yourself because it will cause lints from the cut edge
Keep away from fire, and do not wipe high-temperature surfaces.
