With the continuous update and expansion of modern technology higher requirements are put forward for the reliability of power system and high-voltage equipment. Accidents or damage of electrical equipment are usually closely related to insulation defects. Large capacity of electrical equipment high voltage structure diversification and sealing electrical equipment should be put forward a new higher requirements. With the increasing use of large-capacity equipment the insulation performance cannot be detected by ordinary megohm meter.
Power test procedures for a number of power equipment such as: cable motor generator transformer transformer high voltage switch lightning arrester and other requirements to do a series of insulation performance tests the first is to do insulation resistance test.
When testing the insulation resistance of large-capacity power equipment the insulation resistance value is related to the pressurizing time. The longer the pressurizing time is the higher the insulation resistance value is. This phenomenon is called insulation absorption phenomenon. In order to understand the insulation performance of the subject it is necessary to conduct the absorption ratio and polarization index test first so as to provide safety guarantee for the next leakage dielectric loss partial discharge and insulation performance test. 1、Intelligent Dual Display Resistance Tester can choose 500V 1000V 2500V and 5000V voltage outputs. The measuring range of Resistance can reach 0 ~ 200G&Omega. the resistance range can be automatically converted and indicated accordingly.
