Quality control
Kunshan Alex places great emphasis on quality control and management of the product-railcar coil spring(we'll called coil spring in the following), which is a vital factor in trains and their functionality. Our coil spring production is fully controlled in accordance with the ISO9001-2008 quality system, and we have also obtained a railway product production license from the Chinese Ministry of Railways. We have a full set of testing equipment to ensure that all our coil spring 's quality to meet customers' requirements..
Kunshan Alex Railway Fastening Co., Ltd. is an ISO 9001/2008 certified company. All processes are in accordance with the requirements of the ISO quality management system. From raw material to the finished products, we operate in accordance with standard procedures. We have strict quality control systems for suppliers:
1. For the inspection and testing of raw materials, we require suppliers to provide inspection indicators such as production batch number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
According to the different requirements of the products, we make corresponding physical and chemical tests and inspections. If the result does not meet our requirements, the materials will be rejected, only the materials that meet standard can be accepted.
2. For semi-finished products and our suppliers who provided them, we regularly organize quality control coordination meetings, and provide technical support and guidance,to ensure that qualified products to be delivered to our customers before shipment.
3.Our quality control inspectors to take sampling and batch testing to detect and provide a certificate of raw materials and other means in the detection process control.
