Automatic Change-Over Medical Nitrous Oxide / N2O Manifold System for Medical Gas Pipeline System
Automatic Change-Over Medical Nitrous Oxide Manifold System is usually used in Medical Gas Pipeline System as main Nitrous Oxide source equipment.
The medical gas, Nitrous Oxide (N2O) is stored in Nitrous Oxide cylinders, in a high pressure (usally max. 15.0MPa / 150Bar). And cylinders are parallel connected with two pieces of manifold pipes (manifold banks). These two manifold pipes are managed by an Automatic Turn-Over / Change-Over Control Unit. In any time, there is only one manifold pipe is turn-on to Medical Gas Pipeline System, and the medical gas Nitrous Oxide in cylinders with this manifold pipe is supplied to Medical Gas Pipeline System.
As gas supplies, pressure in cylinders reduces. When the cylinder pressure reaching to lowest pressure (set by users), the Automatic Change-Over Control Unit turns over, turn off the low pressure manifold pipe (cylinder bank), and turn on another one, to go on supplying Nitrous Oxide gas to Medical Gas Pipeline System. This operation is done in a short time automatically, to keep Nitrous Oxide gas supplying without breaking down.
Same time, the system alarms to users. Usually, users shall replace the empty cylinders by filled ones. And above steps will repeat automatically, to supply Nitrous Oxide gas to Medical Gas Pipeline System contrinuously.
System is made with three main parts:
1, Automatic Turn-Over / Change-Over Control Unit;
2, Nitrous Oxide / N2O Cylinders;
3, Nitrous Oxide / N2O Cylinders Pipes / Nitrous Oxide / N2O Cylinders Bank;
