Single Point Diamond Dresser for Silicon Carbide Grinding Wheel Dressing
Diamond dresser is a commonly used tool for dressing the grinding wheel.
The manufacturing process of the diamond dresser is to use the powder metallurgy method to position the diamond on the specification handle body, with a beautiful appearance and reasonable structure. The structure of the diamond dresser is generally composed of diamonds and a shank body. The working layer is called nib or point, which is a natural diamond or synthetic diamond, and is the working part of the diamond dresser.
Precautions for use
1. Choose the appropriate diamond dresser as per the parameters of the grinding wheel.
2. The tip of the pen should be tilted to a certain angle while dressing the grinding wheel.
3. There will be friction between the grinding wheel and the diamond dresser while dressing. Pay attention to cooling.
4. If non-abrasion resistant and diamond threshing during use occurs while dressing, try to analyze and seek experts for solutions if necessary.
