Z series big dc motor for plastic extruder
Z series middle-size dc motors (frame size 450mm-710mm), adopt the latest technology, are our new products. The performances, outline mounting dimensions and main technical parameters are complied with GB standard and international IEC standard. The dimension and tolerance of motor parts comform with ISO standard.
Z series DC motors are widely used on in metallurgical industry, Hardware Industry, papermaking industry, dyeing industry, construction industry, plastic extrusion machinery, etc. Typically used as prime mover in rolling mill, metal-cutting machine, cenment mill, etc.
By adopting advanced design and polygon laminated structure stators, Z series motors are fully use the space, feature with small size, light weight, and good performance.
The magnet yoke, pole and armature core are made of overlied good quality cold rolled silicon steel plate. Z series dc motors have perfect permeability performance.
All the stators of Z series motor need to do varnished processing. After that, the windings have good moisture resistance, mechanical strength and excellent insulation and heat conduction performance. The insulation class reach class H.
Performance:
1. Working duty: S1, continuous.
2. Standard armature voltage: 220v, 330v, 440v, 550v, 660v, 750v. Any voltage between 200v~790v can be customized.
3. Excitation type is separate excitaion. The basic excitation voltage is 220v. Other voltages can be designed according to clients requirement. Z4 series dc motor allow force excitation. When force excitation, excitation current can temporarily above rated current. After excitation current get stable, it can not above rated current.
4. Z series dc motors have short-time overload capacity.
5. The noise of Z series dc motor comply with GB/T10069 and IEC34-9.
Working conditions:
1. Cooling method: IC06, IC17, IC37, IC86W
2. Protection: IP23, IP44
3. Mounting: IMB3
4. Ambient temperature: -15 ~ +40 Celsius degree
5. Altitude: within 1000m
6. Voltage: Direct current, according to srmature voltage
