Product advantages:
1. Valve shaft support strong axial seal more reliable
The valve shaft is matched with the valve body with 4 oil-free bearings and 3 o-type seals. The valve shaft supports more strongly and the axial seal is more reliable.
2. Aksu JQ0220 spray paint
Acsu JQ0220 was adopted, and the adhesion griding method was adopted to pass level 0-1. The impact strength was 50kg.
3. The pin is resistant to corrosion and fracture
The pin is made of 304 material, which can resist corrosion and avoid breaking.
4. The valve body is made of qt450-10 material
The valve body adopts qt450-10 material and the spheroidization rate is level 3, with stronger mechanical properties. Compared with gray iron body, the tensile strength of the same thickness is twice that of gray iron body, and the applicable working pressure is higher.
5. Turbine head has high waterproof level
Turbine head adopts IP65 waterproof grade turbine head, suitable for indoor and outdoor.
