LB-explosion-proof beam crane is a kind of crane designed according to GB3836.1-2000《 explosion-proof electric equipment for explosive environment 》 and GB3836.2-2000《 isolation electric equipment for explosive environment 》 . Lb Crane is the LD type electric single beam crane explosion-proof version, with BCD, BMD and other forms of explosion-proof electric hoist supporting the use of a rail operation of light and small crane, its suitable lifting weight of 1-16 t, suitable span of 7.5-22.5 meters, working level is A3-A5, working environment temperature is-25-+ 40 °C. This product is a general-purpose crane, mostly used for Machinery Manufacturing, assembly, warehouses and other places with low frequency or rated lifting less lifting times. DISADVANTAGES: relatively low effective lifting height, relatively large shaking in use, low level of work, not suitable for heavy workshop. The crane is equipped with bottom, control room, remote control three forms of operation, control room with end and side door two forms, for users to choose to use. The LB (LBD) type explosion-proof electric single beam crane has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and strong explosion-proof. The whole machine is used with HB (BCD) , BMD (HBS) type explosion-proof electric hoist, the lifting weight is 1-10 tons, the span is 7.5-22.5 meters, the working grade is A3-a5, the working environment is-25 °C ~ + 40 °C. This product is widely used in chemical factories, warehouses and material yards. There are two types of floor and driver's room. Driver's room is divided into open type and closed type, for users to choose according to their own use. This product is suitable for use in inflammable and explosive environment. Explosion-proof grade DIIBT4 this product is equipped with ground and operation room two forms of operation. There are two types of control room, open type and closed type, which can be divided into left or right type according to the actual situation.
