  • The XDC330R UV & Aqueous roll to roll coater system that is developed and produced by Xindecheng, covers prints with a specially formulated UV Varnish or water-base varnish and allows to achieve a bright or matte finish to the roll material such as labels, paper, plastic media etc.

  • UV lamp house with shutter and quartz glass which is essential to web coating.

  • Modular UV lamp house and IR lamp house.

  • Six IR lamps for drying water-base varnish specially designed for web primer coating application machine.

  • Automatic coating supply with fluid pump, and recycle with hose.

  • The varnish finish will produce more durable labels and give more resistance to water, solvents and frequent use.

  • The varnish finish will enhance the printing colors and quality and bring more value to the job.

  • Unwinding and rewinding with air shaft to hold the paper reel.

  • PLC control, touch screen operation mode.

  • High speed, modern design, advanced technology.

  • Single side coating.  Double sie coating machine is available too.

  • Option: anilox roller, web guide and corona treatment.
