Along with the wear strips, our magnetic corner tracks provide a very convenient alternative to the earlier methods of conveying products on different conveyors, which are laid out at 90 degrees to each other. Our range of magnetic corner tracks simplifies the design of construction of the conveying systems, eliminating the need for bulky and costly two conveyor transfer systems. We can manufacture these corner tracks in single lane or multiple lane design for all types of chains. These are manufactured using UHMWPE, which provides a low friction and wear resistant surface for smooth conveying, prolonging the life of the chain and the corner track.
Wear strips are used to support and guide roller chains, product and conveyor belts. They are designed to prevent chain or belt movement and reduce vibration which can increase bearing and motor loads. They are generally manufactured from UHMW plastic which provides a high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. We can also work with other materials. We offer a wide range of standard extruded profiles as well as machined profiles. We can also manufacture bespoke profiles to suit your exact requirements. Wear bends can also be supplied commonly used to guide conveyor belts around corners.
