Automatic Sand Casting Line, Automatic Static Pressure Molding Line
Automatic static pressure molding line is a complete automatic casting production line for producing
gray iron & ductile iron castings in the sand casting industry.
The whole production line mainly includes sand treatment system section ( casting sand preparation),
Automatic molding section, setting core, pouring section, cooling section and soon on.
The main work flow of the static pressure automatic moulding line: the molded sand boxes are closed
after core lowering, the closed sand boxes are transported to the pouring section for pouring, the poured
sand boxes are then transported to the cooling section for cooling, and the cooled sand boxes are then
transported to the piercing section for sand dropping, thus achieving the separation of castings and
sand. After cooling and separating, the casting enters the shot blasting cleaning process; The separated
old sand is reused by sand treatment, renovation and regeneration system.
The molding equipment of the hydrostatic automatic casting molding line is a hydrostatic molding
machine, and its main structure includes a workbench, a blowing pre-tightening mechanism, a multi-
contact compaction mechanism, a sand feeding mechanism and a mold moving rotary mechanism.
The working principle of the static pressure molding machine is to preliminarily compact the molding
sand by air flow pre-compaction, and then to finally compact the molding sand by hydraulic multi-
contacts. The mold moving and rotating mechanism is mainly used to support the bottom frame and
template of the upper mold and the bottom frame and template of the lower mold, and mainly
comprises a connecting rod mechanism, a center column, a rotating arm, a buffer device and a
positioning device.
The main characteristics of the static pressure automatic casting molding line are: uniform flask
size, good hydraulic compaction and high molding rate

2. What is the required producing capacity
