Application
Snap Button Tester is used to determine the holding or breaking strength of prong-ring attached snap fasteners onto garments, prevent the buttons divorce from the clothing,which case the dangerous if baby swallowing the buttons. So that every button and fixed parts on the clothing are required the detection of the button pull test.
Snap Button Tester is a important testing procedure,especially in Infant and children's clothing design and manufacturing. On the button fasteners apply a suitable power through the intensity of the instrument to record. When the tension table shows the appropriate intensity, the operator should immediately press the timer in order to calculate the time.
Significance and Effect
1,This test method used to measure the intensity of the vertical pull test buttons and clothing and the button does not pull to out of clothing.
