Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester
The usage:
The instrument is designed and made as per the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China SH/T0315 “Technical Requirements of Closed Cup Flash Point Tester”. It is suitable to determine flash point of petroleum products as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T261 “Test Methods for Flash Point of Petroleum Products (Closed Cup Methods)”.
I. Main technical characteristics:
1. It can show temperature-time curve.
2. It has prompt function for wrong operation.
3. It has prompt function for test data and test time.
4. It can calibrate the barometric pressure and calculate the modified value automatically.
5. Differential detection; It can modify system deviation automatically.
6. It can open lid, apply flame, make detection and print test data automatically.
7. The test arm can be raised up and lowered down automatically.
8. It uses a electron igniter to ignite a flame. It is with forcible wind cooling function.
II. Main technical specification and parameters:
1. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50 Hz;
2. Temperature measurement:
(1) Temperature measurement range: room temperature~250°C;
(2) Flash point measurement range: 41°C~250°C;
(3) Flash point ≤104°C: error is 2 °C;
Flash point >104°C: error is 6 °C;
(4) Resolution: 0.1 °C;
(5) Accuracy: 0.5%;
3. Basic parameters:
(1) Temperature rising speed: as per GB/T261;
(2) Ignition mode: by an electron igniter (gas flame of 3~4mm for flame application);
4. Ambient temperature: 10°C~40°C
5. Relative humidity: ≤80%;
6. Total power consumption: not more than 350 W;
