HBT Series PLC Touch Screen Electro-hydraulic Metal Sheet Bending Testing Machine
Application:
HBT Series PLC Touch Screen Electro-hydraulic Servo Bending Testing Machine is mainly used for the metallic sheet & round bars bending and pressing test and meets requirements of GB/T232-2010 & ISO7438-2005 Metallic Materials-Bend Test. An axial oil cylinder for bending test is installed inside a crossbeam at the upper end of the frame; two pressing oil cylinders, which are installed on two sides of the frame, adopts synchronous control, are connected with a bending support, with dual functions of adjusting distance between pivots and pressing; a pressure meter indicates the pressure in bending or pressing; the display of force value can have multiple selection, such as the pressure meter, digital display, computer screen display etc. and the tester can also adopt a microcomputer control type to control the applied bending force by an oil feed valve manually or a computer automatically.

Load frame: four columns.
Control mode: computer servo control or manual control.
Bending & pressing can be finished at the same time.
Vertical oil piston with stroke position function will be benefit for batch test.
Span positioning system.
Protecting functions for over-press, over-load and over
stroke etc.
With electro-hydraulic servo system, it can realize constant
test load, constant test load speed ratio, and constant speed close-loop control, and with functions of auto return, auto control bending angle etc.
