This instrument is equipped with a high resolution detector, well focused camera, variable diameter collimators, automatically changed filters and high quality high voltage body. The friendly software supplies fast material defined function, qualitative analysis and good quantitative results. Simple operation makes it easier for all the unprofessional staff. Besides, the two poisonous halogen elements Cl and Br can be detected by this instrument.
