Pneumatic Swing Arc Valve

FREE-VALVE’s pneumatic swing arc valves are designed for ash handling system.They use a spherical-shape dome and an inflatable-seal to ensure a 100% airtight seal. swing arc valve is unique in its ability to open and close with a tight pressure seal in environment where abrasive material are passing.Pneumatic swing arc  valve can achieve operating reliability in severe applications .

Features

1. The dome is actuated through a quarter-circle arc via a rotary actuator or linear double-acting cylinder and linkage mechanism.

2. Tight sealing performance as Inflatable seal self-compensates for wear as the valve is used.The inflatable seal provides continuous wear compensation.

3. The inflatable-seal is only inflated when the valve is fully closed. This avoids shearing or jamming of particles between the seal and dome, and hence increases system reliability.

4.Quick-exhaust valves are used to ensure rapid opening and closing of the valve.

5.During operation, the valve provides a full-bore and unrestricted flow of material, which does not impact on the dome. This prolong service life of the valve. Also, the valve is “self-cleaning”.

6.Easy to maintenance and replacement,what you should do is change the inflatable-seal. 

7.Different valve body materials are optional depending on customer need.
