Features
1. Dual position, dual channel, dual photometer, dual generator, truly realize oil and salt separation test;
2. Loading test method is adopted
3. Efficiency detection: 2 independent TSI high-precision photometers respectively for oil and salt to detect the mass concentration of upstream and downstream particles, accurate and stable sampling;
4. Flow detection: The system test flow is mainly provided by externally provided dry and clean compressed air. There is a built-in automatic controlled pressure and flow stabilization device to ensure stable measurement of flow.
5. Two sol generators can perform salt and oil tests on the same instrument to ensure rapid and stable adjustment of fogging concentration.
6. Resistance detection: The resistance pressure difference of the filter material will be obtained through the static pressure ring of the upstream and downstream test chambers, and a high-precision differential pressure transmitter is used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pressure difference measurement.
