KF94 automatic fish cover machine is composed of material rack, upper nose line, shape welding, folding forming, shape cutter, welding ear strap, finished product output, etc. It adopts servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology to complete production.
Material rack part: automatic feeding, brake and controller to ensure material tension.
This machine uses a speed-regulating motor to control and automatically convey the nose bridge, and is equipped with ultrasonic tooth die welding.
Formed weldments: Customized tooth molds cooperate with ultrasound to complete grain welding.
Folding fabric forming: Folding fabric forming.
Shape cutting part: customized cutting tool, roll cutting forming.
Turnover part: It can be turned over according to the welding method of the mask.
7. Earband welding: adopts full servo control, high efficiency, up to 70PCS (±10%) per minute, low maintenance cost in the later period, and completes the welding of the earband line with ultrasonic.
Output of finished products: output and collection of finished masks.
