Features.
The whole machine is composed of material rack part, upper nose line part, contour welding part, folding forming part, contour cutter part, welding ear strap part and finished product output part. Use servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology to complete production.
1. Material rack part: automatic feeding, controller braking to ensure material tension.
2. The bridge of the nose: the cylinder adopts ultrasonic welding, and the bridge of the nose is automatically conveyed.
3. Forming welding part: the die cooperates with ultrasonic to complete the die welding.
4. Folding forming: folding fabric.
