1. What is the trading process?
Business negotiate → Proforma Invoice / Contract → Deposit → Good preparation of Products design → Goods inspection → Balance
payment → Delivered by forwarder → Surrendered → Shipped to your door
2. Can we print our logo or been customized at our request?
Yes! You can print your logo and most of our products can be customized. Just provide your design paper.
3. Can we get your samples?
Yes! The sample is not for free, after placing the order, the sample charge can be refund
4. What is the normal lead time?
needs about 15-45 days depends on the quantity
5. What is your payment term?
A. T/T, West Union, credit cards, PayPal, etc
B. For bulk production:
50% pay in advance, 50% before shipping
6. What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.
1. if by Express: FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT or other couriers for samples, Door-to-Door.
2. By Air or by Sea for batch goods, for FCL/LCL, Airport/ Sea Port receiving.
3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
4. Delivery Time: 3-15 days for samples; 5-30 days for batch goods.

8. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after the sample approved, we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during
production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
9. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If any breakage or defect products were found, you MUST take
the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.
This date is subject to the arrival time of the container. We will advise you to certify the claim by the third party, or we can accept the
claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging the containers not included. Finally, we will completely compensate
for all your loss.
