Stainless Steel Round/Triangle Quick Slot Nozzles, Triangle Speed Weld Tips, Tacking/Tubular/Slot/Customized Nozzles for Hot Air Guns and Platic Welders.

Main Features

Instruction Specifications:

Hot Air Welding is used for polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC and polycarbonate, the welding rod must be the same material.
Ensure that the fast welding nozzle is clean with sharpcutting edges, the parts are welded must be supported in place and blocked to ensure air does not escape through the seam.
The welding nozzle must be kept, so that the air slot is welded in parallel with the seam. At the end of the rod is cut with the cutting edge by a turn of the wrist, the shoe end nozzle must force the softened welding rod instead.

Slow Welding:
set heat to a lower setting, in order to finish off a tricky or ugly weld, the excess material can be cut away with a knife, ground away with a file or tooled using the gun and a cold screwdriver or chisel.

Speed Welding:
Using speed welding tips on hot air tools, increases both the concentration of hot air and the amount of profile welding material that can be deposited into a pass. Generally welding with this method results in welding speeds up to 10 times faster than pendulum welding. The welding process itself, is the same as the pendulum method except that the fast welding nozzle is used to guide the rod on the welding joint.
