Product Application
Welding of thermoplastic materials as well as single - ply flexible plastic and modified bitumen in the form of boards,tubes profiles,lining membranes,coated materials,films,foams,tiles and sheets.The following procedures are possible :
Overlap welding ,welding with rod,with tape,butt welding and melt welding.
Heating - up for forming,bending and sealing of thermoplastic semi- finished materials and plastic granules.
Dry of water - damp surfaces.
Shrinking of heat shrink sleeves,films,tapes,solder sleeves, pre formd and moulded parts.
Soldering of copper pipes,solder joints and metal foils.
Defrosting of frozen water pipes.
Activating / Dissolving of solvent free adhesives and fusion adhesives.
Igniting of wood shavings,paper,coal or straw in furnaces.
Main Features
1)We use photocell to control temperature inside, once the handle inside is above 135°C, the whole circuit will be cut off;
2)PA66 for welder body, plastic resist 280°C;
3)Japanese bearing and thermal insulation gasket;
4)Swedish heating wire;
5)Ceramic material resist 1650°C;
6)Airflow is 230L/min, max temperature is 650°C.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
HEATFOUNDER offer 1 years warranty (from the date of shipping) for the ZX1600 hot air gun. And will replace the failed welders due to a defective design and production during the warranties.
For other matters:
Defects or damages resulting from any improper installation and using are not covered under the WARRANTY.
Besides, we are also not responsible in the below cases:
Damaged during the transportation
Damaged during the natural disasters

Q: We will try to help repairing the tools first, if the welder can not repaired or not worth to repair, we will offer new welders to replace whole set.
