Bernard intelligent electric actuator is the result of the combination of our company’s production, study and research, adopting national and domestic technology. It absorbs Bernard Company’s 25 years experience of producing electric actuator. It is a new generation intelligent electric actuator on the basis of original products of Bernard actuator.
Multi-turn intelligent integration electric actuator can be used for control various of valves, like gate valve, globe valve, high temperature and high pressure valve, desuperheating water valve and other rotate valves with 0-360° rotation, and the torque is 60~6000Nm. Explosion-proof Grade : IP67.
ST14 muti-turn electric actuator has archieved an excellent reputation over the years in this market thanks to a range of actuators providing the following features:
Compact construction with a high output torque
Self-locking gear train to maintain the position of the valve when the actuator is de-energized
Very good resistance to vibrations
Very simple settings - no specific tool required
Adjustable mechanical travel limit stops to prevent overtravel
Removable drive socket for easy machining
Emergency handwheel and mechanical position indicator provided on all actuators as a standard

Single phase power 220v, 50Hz

The asynchronous motor used on Bernard electrical actuator provides the highest nominal torque ratio on starting, which makes it competent in coping with all difficult situations and frequent starting operations.
