Equipment introduce

Equipment process
Polymer preparation → Melt extrusion → Metering pump → Meltblown die head assembly → Melt thin
flow stretching → Cooling → Receiving device

1. Installation & Commissioning
According to the virus situation for all over the world, in order to guarantee the safety of engineersand the customers, we mainly send the installation video to guide customer to do the installation.
Since we have finished commissioning before loading and we have finished some projects already, so usually
customer need short time to do the installation with the video guidance.
If buyers need to do the installation and maintenance in the destination country, as long as we
could get the visa between two countries, we could arrange engineers. For the cost, we could
discuss later.
2. Quality guarantee
a.Our company guarantees the goods are new, unused, latest design and suitable materials, and comply with all
aspects of the contract in quality, specifications and performance.
b.Our company guarantees that the entire system can run correctly after the correct guidance of the installation
and train, it can achieve the product technical performance indicators within five days.
c.Our Company ensures quality assurance in the contract period, responsible for provided design process,
manufacturing, installation, commissioning or material defects,and all defects, malfunctions and damage caused
by the production line.
d.The Quality guarantee time is 12 months after the acceptance of the production line.
Within the Quality assurance period, if find that the quality of the goods or specifications does not match with the
contract, or prove the goods are missing (including latent defects or the use of substandard materials, etc.), the
buyer can put forward to the seller.
