Product Description
1. This kind of carbonated beverage filling machine combines washing,filling and rotary capping functions in one unit.It is a fully automatic and high efficiency liquid packing equipment.
2. carbonated beverage filling machine is suitable for packing beverage containing gas. carbonated beverage filling machine 's performance is as following all parts,for instance, filling valve, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of Food sanitation. Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature.

Washing part
Rotary type bottle washing machine, mainly used to wash bottles for drinking water and other beverage. New bottles go into the machine through air conveyor. Bottles are held by grips and turned over onto washing heads. After washing and drain water, bottles go into filling parts by star wheel. Main structure, protect shell and contact water part of washing part are all stainless steel.
Filling part
Filling machine adopt German technology, produce by gravity filling and obey to normal pressure filling principle.Main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy to maintain, lubricate well. Frequency converter controls the main motor and makes the machine speed changeable.
Capping part
Capping machine drives revolved plate by gear. Cap goes out of cap storage by centrifugal effect. At the cap output, there is cap divider. Reverse cap drops into pipes then return to cap storage by air conveyor. Right cap goes into conveyor. The quantity inspected by sensor, capping machine control the cap conveyor. The machine will stop when no caps.
Advantages：
1. Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.
2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough..
3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
4. The cylinder drive the valve the movements is accurate and reliable. High-throughput, high-precision filling valve, filling fast and accurate. Equipped the CIP loop and control procedures, the equipment is easy to clean.
5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
6. Using the programmable controller as control centers; using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic measurement to maintain the balance of liquid surface so as to ensure the stability of liquid.
7. New designing filling valve, return gas and filling liquid are separate to ensure the filling materials is clean.
8. The machine adopt advanced magnetic clutch screw lid and the torsion torque is adjustable, so screwing is safe and reliable.
