new generation automatic PET plastic water bottle manufacturing plant
FG-4 New generation PET plastic water bottle manufacturing plant is high-speed linear bottle blowing machine, which is is developed completely independently by Faygo Plast and it has 13 national invention patents. The single cavity speed of FG-4 blowing machine can reach 1800 BPH and 4 cavities is 7200BPH.
Compare to tradditional pet plastic water bottle manufacturing plant, It has advantage as blow:
a. Cam linking blowing section:
This PET plastic water bottle manufacturing plant adopt unique cam linking system integrates movement of mold-opening, mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating in one movement. Equipped with high speed servo driving system which greatly shorten the cycle of blowing time and increase the productivity. The complete movements are only controlled by one servo motor and one sycle of blowing only takes 2 seconds.
b. Lowest electric and air consumption:
With new structure design, the electric consumption is only 23kw/h and air consumption can save 60%.
c. Easy for maintenance
This PET plastic water bottle manufacturing plant can work for 2 years without changing any parts. No need maintenance everything month. It only take 20 minutes to change the mold.
d. Efficient and soft perform inlet system
By rotary and soft preform inlet system, the speed of prefom feeding is ensured meanwhile, the preform neck is well protected.
