Xinxing’s UHMWPE sprockets are molded from a specially selected, high-strength UHMWPE material, allowing them to outwear and outlast stinaless steel and polyurethane sprocket alternatives. Our collector head shaft sprockets are cast as one piece to maintain uniformity and split for ease of installation with 316 SS hardware. All Xinxing UHMWPE sprockets are equipped with standard integral teeth to maintain tooth alignment, and head shaft sprockets are furnished with a machined keyway and setscrews in the bore.

Hunting-tooth profile design features an odd number of teeth at half the chain pitch, giving sprockets twice the life of full-tooth designs.
Designed for use with the NCS-720-S collector chain.
Split for full-width-span shafting.
Integrally molded chain-saver rim decreases chain and sprocket wear.
Keyway suited for non-metallic and steel keys.
Idler sprockets available with magnets for SmartGuard sensors.
Can be provided in solid form for stub shafts.
Available in SAV715 series for stainless chains.
Static shaft sleeve bearings, set collars, and segmental tooth options available upon request.
Features
Custom fabricated and designed to integrate with Xinxing UHMWPE components.
Head shaft sprockets supplied with split hubs as standard to ensure ease of assembly and allow for removal from the shaft without removing the shaft from the wall.
Split design also allows for reversal and utilization of the unworn sides of the sprocket teeth.
Not susceptible to rust.
Keyways and setscrews are provided on head shaft sprockets as standard to prevent slippage and to ensure proper torque transmission.
