HDPE Conveyor Belt Rain Cover/Hood/Hoods Shield
UHMWPE/HDPE Screen Mesh/Mining sieve plate is developed in recent years for mining mineral processing, grading, dehydration and other screening machines replace metal sieve (mesh) of a new product. Mainly used in coal, iron ore, copper, gold and other ores grading, screening, dewatering and other places, is one of the necessary components of shaker sieve structure.
Feature:
1.Wear-resisting performance, long service life.
UHMWPE sieve plate is lighter than steel plate, so it reduces the screen machine load. Save electricity, and possibly extend the service life of the screening machine. The wear resistance is 3 ~ 5 times of the steel plate and more than ordinary rubber sieve plate 5 times.
2.Maintenance workload is small, so it has light entirety weight, easy transportation and storage, and it's easy to install and demolish.
3.low total cost. The same specifications of the polyurethane sieve plate
one-time investment is more than stainless steel sieve plate, but the life of Polyurethane sieve plate is 3 ~ 5 times of the stainless steel sieve plate, fewer repairment and replacement.
4.Well moisture resistance. The medium of water and oil, can reduce the coefficient of friction of the polyurethane, can improve the screening efficiency, and can avoid damp particle adhesion.
5.Corrosion resistant, non-flammable, avirulent and inodorous
6.Due to the rational design of the screen hole, limit size of the particles will not block mesh.
7.Polyurethane sieve plate has well vibration-absorbing performance can reduce noise and can make the oversize material in the process of vibration not easy to be broken
8.Due to the characteristics of the polyurethane secondary vibration, polyurethane sieve plate has self-cleaning effect, and high screening efficiency.
9.Widely used. It can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, coking, chemical and other industries.
