UHMW and HDPE Plastic Sheets - Large orders of UHMW and HDPE sheets in many thicknesses are available immediately. Sheets can be cut down to small wear pads, used for vehicle fenders, welded together for a nearly endless wear strip, or trimmed to meet specific dimensions. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is an extruded or Mold-pressd polymer. It offers high impact strength, abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction. HDPE sheet is chemical and moisture resistant and has high tensile strength. It is commonly used for applications that do not demand heavy duty wear resistance. HDPE sheet has a molecular weight that ranges from 100,000 to 500,000 and is commonly used for:

- Cutting Boards
These sheets can be heat formed, shaped and welded to fabricate ducts, hoods, and much more. They have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items. Cannot be cemented but are easily welded with plastic welder. Can be cut with a carbide tipped blade and drilled with regular metal bits.
