Q1: Does your product have a minimum order quantity?
A1: Yes. The minimum order quantity of our motor is between 500~2,000 units/single according to different models. We can also
accept tens or hundreds of samples for the first three orders after passing the test. The number of samples is not limited, but
the number of samples should be as small as possible (if not more than 5) if the test requirements are met, in case the first test
needs to be modified.
Q2: Can I have some samples?
A2: Depending on the situation. If there is no demand in the future, it is only for personal use, we will be difficult to provide.
Because our motors are customized according to customer requirements, no inventory. If it is a sample before the batch order, we
will be happy to provide samples for your company's test, on the premise of agreement on performance and volume price.
Q3: Is the motor shaft customizable?
A3: Depending on the situation. Usually the diameter of the shaft is fixed, we can make it smaller by making the step axis, but it
can't be enlarged; if it is to be enlarged, only the bushing can be added. For shaft length and shape (knurling, flat shaft,
drilling, threaded shaft, etc.), the change can be evaluated.
Q4: Can I use ball bearings/stainless steel shafts?
A4: Stainless steel shafts are available for most motors. Ball bearings are available for our 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, 8
Series and 9 Series motors.
