18 extrusion lines from 600 tons to 2500 tons with 60,000 tons annual production capacity and the biggest diameter we can make is Dia.310mm, smallest thickness is 0.5mm. 2 vertical powder coating line have 150 tons daily production capacity. 2 anodizing lines, the following colors are workable:
The whole production processes include smelting casting, extruding, surface treatment (anodizing coloring, powder coating, electrophoresis coating, PVDF coating, wooden grain transfer, insulation type and pour type thermal break). Our full manufacture capacity is 50,000 tons per year. Last year we have sold more than 40,000 tons.

Extrusion Workshop
We have 18 Aluminum Extrusion Production Line from 600 tons to 2500 tons which could produce window & door profile, curtain wall profile, decorative profile and more advanced solar profile, vehicle railing profile.
Vertical Powder Coating Workshop
We have the most advanced and unique Vertical Powder Coating System in Anhui produced by the Foshan ABD equipment CO, Ltd. Compared to Horizontal Powder Coating manufacture, it is far more efficient.
Wooden Transfer Workshop
We have 2 Horizontal Wooden Transfer System to satisfy customers' huge needs for window and door, furniture use since woiden transfer profiles' feature of beauty and convenient makes it very fashional among home decoration market.
Anodizing & Electrophoresis Workshop
We have 12 horizontal anodizing line, 2 electrophoresis line and 6 coloring line with sand blasting surface treatment. We could produce champagne, bronze, gold and black color products. Our month manufacture capacity are 2,000 tons.
Packaging Workshop
Our packaging workers have been sent to various workshops to package the profile once after the manufacure finished to best protect your products。
Certificates
Q1: What color you can do for powder coating?
A: We can do any color for powder coat according to customer's color sample.
Q2: What’s the thickness for anodizing? What's the color of anodizing?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. And we can do 15um and above. We can do silver, bronze, champagne, golden, black color.
Q3: What color you can do for wood transfer?
A: We can do according to the color samples you provide.
Q4: What certification do you have?
A: We have ISO certification.
Q5: What’s the delivery time for samples and mass production?
A: (1). 2-3 weeks to open the new moulds and produce the samples.
(2). At least 10 days, normal 2-4 weeks after receipt of deposit for mass production.
