1.Q: What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
We are a manufacturer and generally do wholesales. However, trial orders are also acceptable and welcomed!
2. Q: How Can I Pay For My Order?
1)Transfer(T/T): We accept 50% T/T deposit before production and 50% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before production for sample orders.
2)Western Union(W/U): We accept 100% payment via the Western Union.
3. Q: How About The Delivery Time?
1). Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse is European plug, generally we need 1~3 days to change the plugs and package them before the delivery.
2). Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time is 15-30 days depends on your requirements and quantity.
3). We will suggest you the fastest shipping methods when you need the products urgently.
