Product Application
BK-280K Compact maamoul forming encrusting machine is composed of BK-280 Automatic encrusting machine, BK-220 Stamping machine, BJ-320 automatic tray aligning machine. It is used for a complete automatic production of maamoul, mooncake and others cookies. Mitsubishi's human-computer interface, PLC, Siemens optoelecronic switch, Taiwan driving motor and Japanese complete sets of knives, machine body all parts use high quality stainless steel to make sure the machine keep steady. Safe and healthy.

* BK-280K type could save 99 types production modes.
* Two hoppers of Polymer composite plastics, it has the characters of light weight , non-stick ,easy to tear down &install , easy to clean comparing with stainless steel , and more healthy.
* Machine with mixing structure better than normal encrusting machine. It can produce twist products. And makes the skin of the product is more smoother.
* Push-back device makes better food products shape and more stable conveyor.
* BK-280K Bakery equipment maamoul machinery encrusting machinetype also can add a hopper, which can produce double filling maamoul/cookies, or double color with one filling cookies.
*The ratio of dough and product size can be adjustable.

Maamoul mould can be adjustable by different mould on machine.

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request. |

1. Q: What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
We are a manufacturer and generally do wholesales. However, trial orders are also acceptable and
welcomed!
2. Q: How Can I Pay For My Order?
1)Transfer(T/T): We accept 50% T/T deposit before production and 50% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before production for sample orders.
2)Western Union(W/U): We accept 100% payment via the Western Union.
3. Q: How About The Delivery Time?
1). Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse is European plug, generally we need 1~3 days to
change the plugs and package them before the delivery.
2). Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time is 15-30 days depends on your requirements and
quantity.
3). We will suggest you the fastest shipping methods when you need the products urgently.
