Q: Can I have a sampe?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
In general, it would take 7-15 workdays to make the sample
Q: How long can I get the machine ?
A: It depends on the quantity of your order. If small order, it could be delivered within 3-5 workdays. If bulk order, it would be delivered within 15-20 workdays.
If shipping by Express, it would take 5-7 workdays to your country after delivery
If shipping by Air, it would take 4-5 workdays to the airport after delivery
If shipping by Sea, it would take 25-35 workdays to the port after delivery
Q: MOQ?
A: We accept any quantity sample order and mini order to better support customers at the beginning of our cooperation.
Q: Can i put my logo on the machine?
A: Yes, we can make the machine with your logo. There are two ways to do it:
1)Stick the special paper with your logo on the machine
2)Carving your logo on the machine
Pls contact us for more details if you like to put the logo on the machine
Q: Warranty?
A: 1)Our machines have 6 months warranty. If the machine broken under warranty, we will send some spare parts for repair, such as heating element, heating plate and thermostat. You just need to pay shipping cost. Video of how to replace parts will be sent to you if needed.
2)You can buy some spare parts. We will send it with machine together so that you could replace in time
3)If the product is not covered by the warranty, our customer service still warmly serve for you.If it need to replace parts of the product, we only charge parts fee and transportation costs.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Paypal, Western Union and T/T payment .
For bulk order, 30% payment as deposit, balance should be paid before delivery
