Rawhide Bone Pressing Machine is type of Flour Column and Three Board, the upmost output tonnage is 60t.

It can be adjusted among the range of 5t-60t according to the different products’procedures, the purpose is to arrive the best required output. Cylinder Stroke is 200mm, (slide stroke is 200mm).

And the dimension of effective working surface is 500mm*400mm, the close height is 200mm. Well, our DR-60T Pressing Machine has two types, manual operation and automatic operation, meanwhile, it can count and timing automatically, safe and protective.

In addition, our DR-60T Pressing Machine’s middle plate and lower plate open two-article T-slot respectively, the pressure system is rear-mounted and the below equips with horizontal floor mat.

Operation Principle

Hydraulic Pump: the reforming plant which shift the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy.

Hydraulic Cylinder: shift the hydraulic energy into the mechanical energy.

Control Valve: control the flow, flow direction, pressure, hydraulic executing agency work order of hydraulic oil, thus to control actuator’s motor direction, moment of force, working speed, order of execution and limit/control the working pressure of the hydraulic system, to protect the overload’s phenomenon. (such as one-way valve, reserving valve, overflow valve, reducing valve, sequence valve, throttle valve and speed control valve, etc.)
