 Question 1. What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?

Answer: Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

Question 2. Can I have custom design with personal company logo?

Answer: For all our inflatables, the customerized logo is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use,just offer us picture in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator

Question 3.What material??

Answer: Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for EN71

Question 4. How long will it take to produce?

Answer: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)

Question 5. How long will it take for the delivery?

Answer: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 20~35 days.

Question 6. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?

Answer: We are a inflatable manufacturer established on 2005. We are certified by BV and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, and other certificates.

Question 7. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?

Answer: Yes, each item is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

Question 8. How do you start the order?     

Answer: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
