Applications of compression testing equipment:
Compression Testing Equipment is mainly designed for testing the compression strength of cement and mortar. It can fulfill the test automatically according to the requirements, which lists in the inspection method for the strength of cement and mortar, also possess the below advantages, such as: realizing screen display of test data and test curves. It is ideal inspection equipment for factories, laboratory and education, etc.
Features of compression testing equipment:
1. The machine adopt double columns structure, the upper platen is mounted on the fixed crosshead, the lower platen applies load on the specimen through driving lead screw, and AC servo control and driving system is at the bottom of the load frame. The machine adjusts speed by AC servo adjusting system with high control accuracy, and the high frequency AC servo motor drive ball screw to do test, which can adjust test speed within broad range of 0.05-100mm/min, and test process is stable and high efficient.
2. The computer with software can set test parameter, control test process, data acquisition, processing, analysis and display. It can do single specimen test, also can do batch test of 6 specimens in one group. High control and measure accuracy; The computer can do data processing and print test curve and test report.
3. It possesses safe and protective function.
4. AC servo motor and precious screw complete accurate control; Load cell measures load precisely.
5. Low noise
6. Overcome the oil leakage of hydraulic compression testing machine.
