Product introduction
The HV-5A automatic turret small-load Vickers hardness tester uses a unique precision design on the machine, optics and light source to make the indentation imaging clearer and more accurate. The color LCD display and 32-bit microprocessor control system fully realize man-machine dialogue and automatic operation. It has high test accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, convenient use and stable indication.
The test force is applied by electronic closed-loop control; the functions of automatic application, holding, unloading, and direct display of hardness values are fully realized. The modular design of the structure, ready to use, no need to install weights.
The fuselage part of the product is formed by the casting process once and has been treated for a long time. Compared with the jigsaw process, the long-term use of the shape variable is extremely small, and can be effectively adapted to various harsh environments;

The optical system designed by senior optical engineers not only has clear images, but also can be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, the vision is comfortable, and the long-term operation is not easy to fatigue;
With the automatic turret, the operator can easily switch between the high and low objective lens to observe and measure the sample, avoiding the damage of the optical objective lens, the indenter and the test force system by human operation habits;
And optional CCD image processing system and video measuring device;
It is equipped with a Bluetooth module, a Bluetooth printer, and an optional Bluetooth PC receiver for wireless printing and wireless data transmission;
The accuracy is in accordance with GB/T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and American ASTM E384.
