2.Framework:
(1)Steel support:
Steel bracket uses 40x60 cold rolling rectangular steel tube,support column is the same specification steel tube, double sides welding cold rolled steel,surface is with zinc plating coloring `and electrostatic powder spraying epoxy resin treatment as protective layer for acid and alkali corrosion resistance.its protective layer adhesive force is tested and qualified by falling objects impact,Static bearing > 250 kg, support column can hang on cabinets directly, no need to destroy wall body.
Cabinet frame: 60 x 40 x 1.8mm thickness rectangular electrolytic steel square tube,even epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating for surface protection.It adopts 1.2 mm high quality cold rolled steel plate as the base material, by pickling, phosphating and electrostatic powder spraying epoxy resin treatment as protective layer for acid and alkali corrosion resistance
Handle: use PVC flush pull.
Hinge: use DTC 175 degree stainless steel hinge.
Guide rail: use DCT trinodal steel ball slide and mute rail.
Reagent rack: use aluminum alloy column, epoxy resin coating tray, 12 mm thickness toughened glass laminate, stainless steel guardrail.
