[application] as foaming agent, it can be mixed with 227 and 245fa respectively. HFC-365mfc is a liquid at room temperature and is widely used as foaming agent for plastic foam, especially polyurethane rigid foam. Hfc-365mfc is the third generation foaming agent (ODP value is 0), which can replace CFC and HCFC. When non combustible foaming agent is needed, hfc-365mfc can be mixed with other non combustible HFC products (such as R134a, r227, etc.) to form a non combustible mixed foaming agent, and hfc-365mfc can be mixed with pentane foaming agent to form an azeotropic mixture to improve the performance of hydrocarbons.
It can be used for cleaning sensitive materials with good compatibility. Hfc-365mfc has zero ozone depletion index and the greenhouse effect index is close to 141b. It is an ideal substitute for HCFC-141b, AK-225 and other HCFC series solvents. Hfc-365mfc cleaning agent can remove oil, grease, dust and resin flux, and can clean printed circuit board, motor coil, numerical control equipment, elevator controller, switch device, LCD, transmission device, electric device, magnetic head, etc. And 3m-7100, the same role in dry cleaning.
In general, the miscibility of 365mfc with polyether polyol is better than that with polyester polyol. Safety 365mfc is a combustible liquid. All regulations on the use of dyeable liquid should be checked and observed. When non combustible foaming agent is needed, we provide non combustible mixed foaming agent 365mfc / 227. The preliminary toxicity test results are quite good. Due to the need of the registration directory such as elincs, further toxicity tests are needed. The 365mfc should be stored in a cool and well ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat source, and the relevant rules of dyeable liquid must be observed
