Working principle:
The water-cooled chiller uses the shell and tube evaporator to exchange heat between the water and the refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load of the water and cools the water to produce cold water.
Taken to the shell and tube condenser, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the water, so that the water absorbs heat and takes the heat out of the external cooling tower through the water pipe to dissipate (water cooling).
Widely used in Plastic and plastic processing machinery, mold cooling electronics, CNC machine tools, coordinate boring machines, grinders, injection molding, lasers, electroplating, electrophoresis oxidation chillers, hydraulic systems. The cooling of the transmission medium, pharmaceutical, and food preservation, and other industrial production provide frozen water.
