Included with 7 non-dust assembly lines, the output is about 500K sets of headphones/earphones per month, it sets up beer line and assembly production line. The production line is equipped advanced production equipment with perfect quality system and inspection equipment, including Electro Acoustic Device Analyzer, Soundcheck Acoustic Tester, Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber, Driver Polarity Test, Salt Spray Test, Swing Test machine, Tumbling drop tester, lidding life test, Stretching life test, Headband extension tension testing machine and so on, it is totally the modern manufacturer.
