ZJBENY BFS-11 Module-Level Rapid Shutdown with Emergency Button Switch for Fire Safety CE Certified
BFS-11 is a module-level quick shutdown device for solar roof and building fire safety.
After the push-button switch is connected to the BFS-11 device via the signal communication cable, the emergency push-button switch is required to initiate the quick shutdown function.
The communication type is more reliable than a PLC, ensuring that the PV system is RSD capable for decades and that the panel is turned off to a safe voltage level in case of emergency with minimal power consumption.
Apply to existing solar roofs or newly installed RSD solutions.
How does the solution work?
Each BFS-11 unit runs two solar modules, with the modules in series entering the inverter as usual.
The only difference is that the communication signal cable is connected in series to BFS-11 and the RSD solution is completed by a push-button switch.
Complete RSD solution:
* Automatically close the panel when the temperature is detected above 85°C.
* Automatically close the panel when the power supply in the button switch box is interrupted.
* In case of emergency, firefighters and personnel can manually operate the button switch to close the panel.
