2.Use CCD vision system to read code and identify various code systems on the label, including 1D code and 2D code.

4.The software is connected with the MES communication, and the camera scans the 1D code and the QR code and uploads the MES system according to the format provided by the MES.

5.Check the printed label. The camera scans the printed label against the data returned by the MES system to check if the label is correct.

1.Manually put the product into the loading turntable

2.The turntable rotates to reach the loading position, and the lifting mechanism holds the tray up

3.The suction cup on the tray transplanting component sucks up the tray and puts on the tray correction component

4.The correction mechnaism Rotates, after arriving at the correct tray position, the transplanting component will take the tray away and put in the front belt line

5.The front belt line rotates, and the front CCD scans the code and uploads the information.

6.If the factory code is NG, the front NG tray recycling component pushes the tray into the NG box. If it is OK, continue on

7.After the loading turntable is full, manually remove the affixed tray

8.The suction cup on the transplanting and unloading component sucks up the tray and puts it into the blanking turntable.

9.If the printed code is NG , it will pushes the tray into the NG box. If it is OK code, it will flow to the end of the belt line

10.After the labeling is completed, the stopper cylinder is raised, the tray continues to move forward, the rear CCD scans the printed label and start to compared the informaiton.
