Introduction

2,To ensure the printing quality of our customers’ product. We adopt gravure technology to print our aluminum film balloon. There are two parts: engraving and printing. Usually, we adopt copper or zinc plates as a sculpture surface, the concave part can use corrosion, carving, paintings on copper or mezzotint metal version method to engraving. Gravure printing is a technology to gravure-carving the surface of the metal to make image. We use the gravure printing technology for the aluminum film balloon printing, so printed aluminum film balloon has several advantages, such as bright color, full, strong sense of three-dimensional, accurate color reproduction.
