The air flow straighten (also called air flow deflector, air curtain, honeycomb filter,air outlet) characteristic plays a very important role on the performance of vertical and stand refrigerated display case. The transient temperature of the display case shelves was measured for studying the temperature variation and distribution in the vertical display case by changing the number and the velocity of air deflector. The result shows that it is necessary to keep three air deflectors in a vertical open low temperature display case and the performance of the display case can be improved by selecting reasonable air deflector velocities.
PC honeycomb has excellent compressive strength act as air flow straighten in refrigerated display cases.
Polycore Technology provide air deflector has excellent properties:

2. PC raw material is safe for using as air deflector in showcase.
3. Lower shrink rate when temperature drop to -30 degree. This is very important for durable life of air flow straighten and provide installation safety for showcase manufacturer and supermarket operator.
Common corecell diameter we supplying are 3.0mm, 3.5mm ,4.0mm and 6.0mm,most popular in supplying are 3.5mm and 6.0mm. If you need other corecell we can make it too. Common length is within 1250-1260mm,width and thickness is made according to customer requirement. There are transparent,grey can be selected as color.
Polycore PC honeycomb has passed SGS examination and got ROSH certificate.
