TP-R800 NDT Equipments Integrated Ultrasonic Steel Bar Detector
Application
The integrated steel bar detector is a portable non-destructive testing instrument that can be used to test the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can measure the position of steel bars on the concrete surface and detect the thickness of the steel protective layer and the diameter of the steel bars. In addition, the position of the magnetic body and the electric conductor inside the concrete structure can be detected, such as the internal cable of the wall and the plumbing pipe. The pre-construction detection can effectively avoid damage to these facilities during construction and reduce accidents.
Features:
1. Integrated design, small size, light weight, easy to carry, new upgraded wireless cloud transmission function, laser precise positioning of steel bar position;
2. The thickness detection mode is intuitive, showing both thickness and bar spacing;
3. The thickness detection mode automatically stores the thickness and spacing, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved;
4. The waveform scan mode visually displays the distribution of the steel bars, making inspection and analysis of dense steel bars more intuitive;
5. The waveform scan mode also displays the determined thickness and spacing of the rebar protection layer;
6. It can detect the middle position of the two steel bars, the aiming frame and the indicator light, which is convenient for punching and core;
7. The instrument automatically stores calibration values for fast measurements, eliminating the hassle of calibration each time;
8. The borderless grid/section scan and waveform scan can measure up to 6 meters in length;
9. TF card storage, large capacity, transmission is intuitive and convenient;
10. 2.8-inch high-resolution color LCD screen;
11. PC professional data analysis software, data processing and report generation is easy to complete.
