Pigment Violet 23 is a transparent purple pigment with high saturation and high tinting strength. C.I. Pigment Violet 23 has better tinting strength in soft PVC, but poor migration resistance. P.V.23 heat resistance above 230℃ in polyolefins. When used in transparent polystyrene, the temperature should be lower than 220°c, above which PV 23 should decompose. When processed in polyester, the temperature is 280℃, stable within 5 hours, and the concentration is above 0.05%.

Blue light purple. Light purple powder. Bright color. High tinting strength, high temperature resistance, penetration resistance, and excellent light fastness. It is mainly used for coloring coatings, inks, rubber and plastics, and also for coloring protoplasm of synthetic fibers. Used as high-grade paint (primer for automobile), water-based ink, suitable for in addition to all kinds of plastic, the PA with phthalocyanine blue for plastic formed in the red light blue.
